Our business hours operate from Monday - Friday. Any orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday, we aim to ship the same day. Any orders placed before 1pm on Friday's we aim to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Christmas Shipping dates:

Orders placed after 11am on Friday the 20th December through to 11am on Monday the 23rd, will be shipped on the 23rd.

Whilst our carriers will endeavour to deliver Express orders placed on the 20th, 21st, 22nd and morning of 23rd on Christmas Eve, please note it is not guaranteed.

Purchases from 1st November 2024 can be returned up until 17th January 2025.

    All proceeds from the sale of our Kojo Marfo x Universal Works collection will be donated to New Horizon Youth Centre, a charity doing vital work to support homeless young people in London.
