At Universal Works, we’re hands on about Christmas. About every order all year round, really. Every UW parcel is packed by a real human; someone that loves our clothes and takes great pride in sending them to you.

So it only made sense to shoot our 2024 gift guide where all that magic actually happens: the UW warehouse. Every day here feels like a game of Supermarket Sweep for us, with our newest collection lining the shelves, ready to be picked, wrapped and sent on its way. Think less ‘trolley dash’, more ‘trouser stack’. Think of it as a tribute to real people, real clothes and, of course, really nice presents.

To ensure delivery for Christmas we recommend placing your orders before 11am on Friday, December 20th. 

Any 'Standard Shipping' orders placed after this time are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery.

Whilst our carriers will endeavour to deliver Express orders placed on the 20th, 21st, 22nd and morning of 23rd on Christmas Eve, please note it is not guaranteed.

Nb: Orders placed after 11am on Friday the 20th December through to 11am on Monday the 23rd, will be shipped on the 23rd.

International:

To ensure delivery for Christmas we recommend placing orders before 11am on Monday, December 16th. 

If you need to return your order for a refund, or an exchange, we are happy to help. We are extending our returns policy for the seasonal holidays, and items bought as gifts from the 29th October 2024 can be returned up until Friday 17th January 2025. Our returns period is 28 days from the date you received your order before this period.
