We know that determining the best size for you when shopping online can be tricky, which is why we've collaborated with Harper: a home delivery service offering the convenience and product knowledge of in-store shopping but from the comfort of your home.

Pick your favorite Universal Works garments, choose your preferred time and place, and make your selections - Harper will handle the rest.

Available to customers based in Greater London only. The service is priced at £10.

How it works.

1. Choose Harper 'Try Before You Buy'.

Select your items, as many as you wish to ensure you get the best size/fit for you and your preferred colours and fabrics, then click 'Try Before You Buy' to checkout. Select a delivery date and time that is convenient for you. Payment will not be taken until your appointment has been completed and you have chosen the items you wish to keep. You will only be charged for what you keep and any other items will be returned for you without any additional cost.

2. You try and decide.

Delivery will be made at your specified time to a place of your choice whether that be your home or place of work. Try on in comfort and mix and match with favourite pieces from your own wardrobe if you wish. A Harper Style Concierge can stay for styling advice, or return after 40 minutes.

3. You pay, Harper takes away.

Select the items you wish to keep, make payment on a mobile card reader, and let Harper take care of any returns.

Phone lines are open from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-6pm on Saturday and closed on Sunday.

Harper offers a try before you buy service. After placing your order online, choose a 1-hour delivery slot (9am-9pm weekdays, 10am-6pm weekends) for an expert Style Concierge to drop off your items.

Try on your chosen pieces with other items from your wardrobe in the comfort of your own home and return any unwanted items to your Style Concierge. You will only pay for the items that you choose to keep.

Harper currently serves all 32 London boroughs and will be announcing further locations in the near future.

A Harper Style Concierge will deliver your order and can offer styling advice or guidance on sizes. If privacy is preferred the Style Concierge can simply drop the pieces with you, then return up to 40 minutes later to take your payment and any unwanted items away.

There is no order limit. We encourage you to order as many items as you like to ensure you find the pieces that you love.

During your appointment, you have up to 40 minutes to decide if you would like to purchase any of your selected item(s). Should you need to return any items after this time, please visit our returns page: Returns Page.

Yes, Harper offers this service if you order before 12pm, excluding Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, where the first delivery slot will be available on the following Monday.

You only pay once you have decided what you would like to keep. Your Style Concierge will carry a mobile card reader, allowing them to take payment at the end of your appointment. The reader accepts all card types.
