The Photographers' Gallery

The Photographers' Gallery

Universal Works is heavily influenced but art, photography, literature and culture.

Whenever time permits we love a trip to a gallery or exhibition. A favourite haunt is The Photographers' Gallery in London conveniently situated 16-18 Ramillies St, Soho a stone's throw from our Berwick Street store.

The Photographers' Gallery was founded in London in 1971, as the first public gallery in the UK devoted solely to photography.

We have had the pleasure of viewing some of the worlds most iconic imagery from the likes of Saul Leiter, Terence Donovan, Rosângela Rennó, Malick Sidibé and Hassan Hajjaj. The latter being an inspiration for our current SS18 collection.
