  • We've been big fans of the Tokyo-based brand 'Taion' for a few years now and with good reason too. Specialising in down-filled mid-layers with a military-inspired finish, Taion is a welcome addition to the Universal Works roster.

    The V-Neck Down Vest is a classic Taion design. It has a regular-fitting, straight cut with a two-way zip front and v-neck style finish; it also has two zip-adjustable slits on the side to aid movement. The outer shell is made from a soft-shell nylon fabric which has been quilted with an 800-fill power down/feather insulation, onion-stitched and finished in cotton piping. It also features two front patch pockets.
