The master-piece x Universal Works collection is available now online and in-store. 

We are excited to introduce a new collaboration with respected Japanese bag makers, master-piece. This capsule collection brings together both brands’ dedication to functional, everyday design.

The idea for this collaboration grew out of genuine friendships which gave way to this exciting partnership with master-piece. After a visit to master-piece's Osaka factory, we worked closely to develop this collection, bringing together Universal Works’ colours and prints, including our exclusive version of Swedish Camo, with master-piece's timeless, functional designs.

The collection includes four bag styles — a backpack, sacoche, cross-body courier, and a tote — alongside three jackets, plus two small accessories — a keyring, and a lanyard to complete the set. Available in three distinct colourways – Swedish Camo, Navy, and Olive – the capsule is designed to create a cohesive look across both bags and garments.

Each bag in the collection prioritises practicality, with features such as laptop compartments, yellow highlight zip-pullers, secure pockets, and suitcase-attachable rear tapes. The courier bag comes with an adjustable cross-body strap, while the tote also offers a cross-body option, making both ideal for modern life, whether commuting or traveling.

Complementing the bags are three jackets all in exclusive fabrics and designed to match the colourways and functionality. The Stanedge Jacket, with its striking Swedish Camo print, stands out for its durability and distinctive design. Meanwhile, the Parachute Field Jacket in Olive and the Parachute Liner Jacket in Navy both bring a refined military-inspired look, ideal for everyday wear.

Discreet dual branding ties the collection together, with leather patches featuring both Universal Works and master-piece logos, framed by our signature ghost patch stitching.
