You may have seen from our LCM show and collection intro that AW15 is inspired by the idea of ‘Pass’.
The collection’s presentation celebrates ideas of passing something on. Something new coming out of the past, from humble beginnings that in the process of being passed on becomes more social and gains a more value.
We started out six years ago with one item of clothing passed on from father to son, simple and handmade, imperfect and honest, but with a lasting quality that transcended fashion and generations, becoming our ongoing inspiration.
Teaming up with artist Billy Craigan-Toon we created a choreographed performance that embodied ‘the pass’. For this mid-season’s shoot we’ve taken influence from the shapes and movements during the performance to create these key looks.
