Between trade shows and production, we were lucky enough to work with the new Golden Hour restaurant, set atop the iconic High Line Hotel in New York’s Chelsea neighbourhood. In collaboration with the Golden Hour team and our friend Greg Chapman, we created a set of work jackets in a lightweight dark navy twill (unfortunately it was too hot when we visited for them to be wearing them), alongside two UW apron styles for the staff with each design featuring Universal Works and ‘TGH’ badges. If you find yourself in the big apple, and they are open, pop down and enjoy some seafood with the best-dressed wait staff in town.
