The Liner | Jackets & Gilets.
Many jackets and outerwear pieces take inspiration from military styles and with good reason - technical pieces of clothing designed to serve a function and to keep out the elements.
The liner was originally designed for such a purpose - usually buttoned into another jacket or 'Parka' and called up upon to provide insulation and warmth to its wearer.
One of David's favourites UW silhouettes, he explains: "I tried to make a loose oversized yet wearable shape with more functionality, useful pockets, two-way zips - maybe a cleaner shape than the real thing! We added a few different versions over the seasons and in fact have come full circle, we are soon to offer our own up-cycled military pieces too!” Watch this space...
